"I have been a Health Oriented and Raw Live-Food Chef since 1979. I was Blessed, at a very tender age, to be taught by Dr. Ann Wigmore personally. I trained at the prestigious La Costa Spa in Carlsbad, CA to be a Spa Technician in 1983. I became a Massage Therapist in 1991 and trained at the Southfield School of Mayo-massalogy. I trained with Joyce Oliveto privately for Colon Hydrotherapy certification in 1993. I am a Comprehensive Wellness Practitioner and Retreat Organizer residing in Los Angeles, available for world-wide retreats."
