Retreats of two days or more are carried out best with an "in home stay" or "vacation home" type setting and all retreats are enjoyed the most in warm or tropical climates.
Food Menu consists of Athletic Support, Traditional, Raw Food Cleanse, Raw Food Gourmet, Vegetarian, Vegan, Seafood, Ethnic or any combination, Power Cleanse or Power Cleanse Plus. We make child-friendly and baby meals as well as organic pet treats. You may also create and submit your own health oriented menu for us to prepare.
Guest List is limited to a peaceful 1-2 person retreat world-wide or 1-4 guests for Caribbean retreats.
Are you looking for a personal chef and /or spa technician, full time?
Rates for "A Typical Day" are seven hundred dollars per day per person, travel accommodations if needed and a food and product budget. As an example, a ten day session will proceed as follows; two days of travel(days 1 & 10), one day of shopping and preparation(day 2), seven days of retreat services.
Customized retreats and time spans may be arranged to suit you.
One Day and Half Day Retreats within a fifty mile radius of Santa Monica CA can be arranged.
