      White Glove - Deep Breath Detoxification Treatment – 30 minutes $30

This treatment is a combination of dry skin exfoliation and rythematic deep breathing. It may be the single most important therapy you add to your detox program. Your skin and lungs are your largest elimination organs. The skin releases a pound of waste each day and is often called the 3rd kidney because it eliminates a quarter of the toxins from the body (the lungs are the 2nd kidney).

        Lymphatic Drainage Massage   -                           60 minutes $60, 90 minutes $85

This gentle, noninvasive technique offers a means to improve overall health and well-being. The lymphatic system absorbs fluid, macromolecules, microorganisms, toxins, waste products and foreign substances from the interstitial tissue. The lymphatic flow can stagnate for many reasons. When lymphatic circulation slows down, the regeneration of cells becomes less effective. This condition allows toxins and proteins to accumulate around the cells, causing cellular oxygenation to decrease and tissue regeneration to diminish. Lymphatic Massage can facilitate nature by stimulating the natural peristaltic contractions of the two to three layers of muscles located along the lymphatic pathways. Stagnating fluid, toxins and wastes will be drained through the flow of lymph. During its passage through lymphatic nodes, the body will generate production of more lymphocytes to reinforce immune responses.

The applications of Lymph Drainage Therapy are numerous:
- Circulation of lymph, blood capillaries, veins, interstitial liquids and cerebrospinal and synovial fluids (in-directly) is activated. This action helps to reroute stagnant fluid in the skin, mucosa, muscles, viscera, joints, cranial sutures, chambers of the eyes and cochlea (inner ear).

- Toxins are removed, making lymphatic drainage especially effective in tissue regeneration. Scars, stretch marks, wrinkles and fracture, or surgical-incision sites, are improved. This treatment is a great part of detoxification and anti-aging regimens.

This treatment begins with a mini white glove treatment. Next your skin is slathered with a glyconutrient rich cream and massaged for fifteen minutes. Finally you are wrapped in hot organic cotton sheets while receiving a cranial sacral massage.

Modified / Pregnancy Massage – 30 minutes $45,    60 minutes $80, 90 minutes $110

This is a gentle full body massage focusing on the lower back, legs and feet, utilizing pillows to limit pressure to the abdominal region.

       Vibrational Sound Therapy – 45 minutes - $40

Utilizing the link between music, color and acupuncture, this system uses tuning forks and lights instead of needles on acupuncture command points. These forks are weighted and tuned an octave lower than standard tuning forks. This gives deeper and longer lasting resonance on the physical body. It also guarantees stability of sound which is required to achieve the precise intervals to empower the acupuncture points, organs, chakras and subtle body command points. Sound/cellular research has matched these 12 notes perfectly with the 12 main organs of Chinese medicine and Acupuncture. This means that there is a mathematical relationship between each note. And it is in this relationship, (between the notes, so to speak), that sound healing can occur.

Glyco-Nutrient Hot Rock Massage - 120 minutes $300

A relaxing Full Body Massage combined with an amazing Hot Rock Glyconutrient Dermal Treatment designed to melt fat, smooth cellulite, cleanse and feed the layers beneath the epidermis that contain blood, lymph vessels, sweat glands, and nerve endings.               

*Essential Oil Salt Glows - 30 minutes $60

Essential oils contain the true essence of the plant it was derived from. The organic chemical composition and aroma of essential oils can provide valuable psychological and physical therapeutic benefits. These benefits are usually achieved through methods including inhalation and application of the diluted oil to the skin. Your treatment begins with a flush of warm water over the entire body. Next a personalized blend of essential oils and fine sea salts diluted in a hot herbal tea is applied in a rhythmic circular motion. Then you will rinse and finally organic grape seed oil is massaged into your pores.

*Hot Herbal Body Wraps – 30 minutes $40

You will begin your treatment with a mini white glove treatment. Next you will be wrapped in hot fragrant herb infused organic cotton sheets. This process helps alleviate pain and inflammation by opening the pores and bringing medicinal heat and herbs to the muscles and into the pores to induce relaxation and rejuvenation. This also stimulates blood circulation and energy flow. Heat and herbs are absorbed by the body to increase lymphatic drainage and condition and feed the skin.

*Organic Edible Body Scrubs - 35 minutes $55

This treatment begins with a mini white glove treatment. A blend of local organic herbs, seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables are pureed and applied to the entire body in circular rhythmic motions stimulating your skin, muscles and nerve endings. Finally a warm herbal rinse is poured over you leaving your skin moist and nutrient rich.
